Introduction 

I learned many things from innovation course.  One of the points that I learned is innovation must be in all aspects of our life. This assessment summary what I learned from innovation course. Also apply it of the most important points and steps to organize your life and goals. 

Vision and Opportunity

            I am now a college student and I plan for many goals such as: completing my university studies to obtain a master's degree. My mission is to differentiate myself by focusing on innovation and influencing the learning environment and focus on developing my teaching skills.

I want to get my own teaching approach to compete with other famous curriculum. I will be the first Emirati who create a new curriculum because we would like our country to develop in every place and be the number one in everything.

Before I start to search for a job. I ask my self three question that will help me to find the place that I want to work in: how will this school support me? Is this school will improve my skills? How can I help my country using this job? 

However, I can get this job after I graduate from the college by bachelors degree. Also, I will get IELTS band 6.5. 

Marketing and Implementation Strategy

Anything in the life have a marketing, even a bottle of water. How about the human? If I want to work in any school I need to have a good salary . if the school want anybody who have good skills to t  each the subject and have education experience, also have excellent professional development that’s me. I think that I’m a good person for this job. 

I think they will choose me because, I have IELTS band 6.5. Also,  I have high GPA in the college. And, I went many times teaching practice to get an experience.  I have now different skills to teach kindergarten students. 

Difficulties and risks 

            I must graduate from the higher college technology, but I need to finish 3 courses more to graduate. I have now one baby girl and I’m pregnant now. All my goals need more time to be done. If I finish and graduate I will stop two to four years to raising my children. 

            Also, I want a school near my house to go everyday and come back from the school early. That will help he me a lot to sit more time with my kids. Also, If I get high degree maybe I will travel to another country to have master degree and build my teaching skills more. So, after finish my study, I can be a principle of the school instead of being a teacher and give my experience to all teacher in this school. So, that’s will help my country to develop.

 

Ethics 

I must work sincerely and do my work in a good way. I must respect all the people and accept any advice from any person in the work. Because all of as people and the people make a mistake without they focus. So, we need to accept other people advice to improve our self. Also, we must be fair on all of our work. 

 

Conclusion  

            We need to work in something we like to do. That will let us improve our self-more and more . our teacher in education always encourage the students to improve their self and to have a successful teacher. I can see that ( Yamna is a famous teacher who will teach and be successful in her life).
